MY PROCESS:
On board & in deep

HOW I WORK

My relationship with every client is unique & personal

Common elements include:

DISCOVERY

  • Our relationship usually starts with your story. How did you get here? Why do you do what you do? What’s working? What’s not?

  • We look for a quick win — something I can do right away to lighten your load.

MARKETING AUDIT

  • On my own, I search the web like a prospective customer and explore your business’s online presence. What’s working? What’s not?

SYSTEMS AUDIT

  • Together, we walk through your systems and operating platforms — the “back end” that’s invisible to customers, and essential to your success. What’s working? What’s not?

MARKET RESEARCH

  • I get to know your target customer, your industry, your specific niche. I study businesses who share your space. What’s working? What’s not?

BRAND AUDIT

  • Together we check your messaging, brand positioning, unique approach, your irresistible offer. Who are you? Who and how do you serve? What’s working? What’s not?

MARKETING

  • Now that we’re on board & in deep, our attention turns to active marketing. My marketing approach is a cycle of 4 actions:

Strategize (Make a plan)
Implement (Do the things)
Evaluate (What worked? What didn’t?)
Adjust (What to improve next time?)

  • Producing stellar marketing copy and working closely with you to facilitate your business’s marketing are my primary jobs. We decide on a convenient schedule, stay in regular communication, and become a well-oiled marketing machine. :)

YOU’RE THE BOSS

At the end of the day, this is your business.

You’re the boss.

I work for you.

I’m here to create marketing you trust, help you make sure your marketing gets done & done well, and make your life a whole lot easier.

It’s an honor to be a part of your story.

“Meg knows what she’s doing. She asks good questions - made me think about my story, my motivation, my ‘why.’ It felt good to have support, and was nice to have fresh insight and a new set of eyes on my business. Meg has confidence in me and my work, and she made it less overwhelming. I found myself smiling and thinking, ‘Maybe this could be fun!’”
